Our technicians are factory trained and certified CM hoist repair technicians.

Entertainment hoists require a higher level of service, maintenance and testing. We have a state of the art mobile testing facility and computerized load testing equipment combined with over 20 years of experience servicing entertainment hoists. We offer the highest level of service and testing available.

Sending your hoists to an outside testing center increases your maintenance costs with shipping charges and down time. We limit these costs with our in house service and repair. Your hoists never need to leave your facility. We can schedule the annual service when your venue is dark or when your motors are in your shop not working. Inspections never interfere with your show schedule. There is no risk of your hoists not being there when you need them. With our portable test equipment and mobile shop we can set up inside your space and do the service in a convenient place, or all the work can be done in our mobile workshop parked outside.

If you still want to send your hoists to us we offer a convenient pickup and delivery service that can include de-rigging and re-rigging your motors.

The annual inspection cost includes a full hoist inspection, static and dynamic load tests, as well as testing the protector gear or slip clutch.

A full service report and load test certificate are generated for each hoist as required by the CAN/CSA-B167-08 Overhead traveling cranes – Design, inspection, testing, maintenance, and safe operation.

Inspections and load tests are conducted in accordance with CAN/CSA-B167-08 as well as the ASME B30.16 Safety Standard for cableways, cranes, derricks, hoists, hooks, jacks, and slings, as recommended by the manufacturer.
